Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026
SellerOS ("we," "us," "our") provides software that helps Amazon sellers manage inventory, research products, generate listings, and track advertising and profitability. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what we do with it.
1. Information We Collect
Account information
- Google account data — when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier via OAuth. We do not receive or store your Google password.
Amazon account data
When you connect your Amazon Seller account, we access data through Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API) and Advertising API, including:
- Order history and status
- Product catalog data (titles, images, sales rank, pricing) for ASINs you research or track
- Inventory levels you enter or that sync from Amazon
- Advertising campaign performance (spend, sales, ACoS, keywords)
- Your Amazon marketplace ID and Selling Partner ID
We store an encrypted authorization token (refresh token) that lets our systems make these API calls on your behalf. We do not store your Amazon password — authorization happens through Amazon's own login and consent screen, and you can revoke access at any time from your Amazon Seller Central account or from SellerOS Settings.
Business data you provide directly
- Product cost, selling price, and fee information you enter for profit and loss tracking
- Supplier information you add
- Product details you enter for AI listing generation
Usage and technical data
- Session cookies required to keep you logged in (see Cookies section below)
- Basic request logs (timestamp, endpoint, a short request ID) used for debugging and abuse prevention
2. How We Use Your Data
- To operate the core features you use: dashboards, inventory tracking, restock forecasting, product research, listing generation, PPC analysis, and profit tracking
- To generate AI-powered content (listings, PPC campaigns, business advice) — this requires sending relevant business data (product details, your question, and directly relevant account context) to our AI providers, described below
- To send you account-related notifications (e.g., low stock alerts, restock reminders) within the app
- To maintain the security and integrity of the service, including rate-limiting and abuse prevention
We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data to train AI models.
3. Third Parties We Share Data With
We use the following subprocessors to operate SellerOS. Each only receives the specific data needed for its function:
| Provider | Purpose | Data shared |
| Google | Sign-in (OAuth) | Authentication only |
| Amazon (SP-API / Advertising API) | Order, inventory, catalog, and ad data | API requests made on your behalf using your authorized token |
| OpenRouter | AI-generated listings, PPC campaigns, business advice | Relevant product/business details and your prompts, only when you use an AI feature |
| Anthropic (legacy) | AI features (being phased in favor of OpenRouter) | Same as above |
| Keepa | Historical price/rank data (optional feature) | ASINs you look up |
| Google Custom Search | Supplier discovery feature | Search terms you provide |
We do not control how these providers process data beyond what we send them; each operates under its own privacy policy and terms.
4. Data Retention
- Account and business data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Amazon-sourced personal or business data is retained only as long as needed to provide the service, and is deleted or de-identified in line with Amazon's Data Protection Policy requirements.
- If you delete your account, we delete your stored data (including your Amazon authorization token) within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or security reasons.
5. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It is marked HttpOnly (not readable by page scripts) and, in production, Secure (only sent over HTTPS). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
6. Data Security
- Amazon authorization tokens and other sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest.
- All traffic to SellerOS is served over HTTPS in production.
- Access to production data is limited to what's needed to operate and support the service.
7. Your Rights
You can:
- Disconnect your Amazon account at any time from Settings, which revokes our access token
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@jraedge.com.
8. Children's Privacy
SellerOS is a business tool intended for adult Amazon sellers. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, anyone under 18.
9. Changes to This Policy
We'll update the "Last updated" date above when this policy changes. Material changes affecting how your data is used will be communicated in-app or by email.
