Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SellerOS (the "Service"), operated by JRA Edge LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SellerOS is a software platform for Amazon FBA sellers that provides inventory tracking, restock forecasting, AI-powered product research, listing generation, advertising analytics, profit and loss tracking, and related tools. Some features connect to your Amazon Seller account via Amazon's Selling Partner API and Advertising API with your explicit authorization.

2. Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to use SellerOS.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.
• You must be authorized to connect the Amazon Seller account(s) you link to SellerOS.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate Amazon's Seller Central policies, SP-API terms, or Advertising API terms
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or access it through unauthorized automated means
• Use the Service to store or process data you do not have the right to access
• Use AI-generated content (listings, PPC copy) in a way that violates Amazon's listing policies — you are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing it to Amazon

4. AI-Generated Content and Business Advice

• AI-generated listings, scores, and recommendations are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or profitable. Product opportunity scores are estimates based on available data, not a promise of sales performance.
• AI-generated business advice does not constitute professional financial, legal, tax, or business consulting advice. Consult a qualified professional before making significant business decisions.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before using it — including publishing listings to Amazon, changing prices, or altering advertising campaigns.

5. Amazon Data

By connecting your Amazon Seller account, you authorize SellerOS to access your order, inventory, catalog, and advertising data via Amazon's APIs, in accordance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy. You can revoke this authorization at any time in Settings or via Amazon Seller Central. See our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is used and retained.

6. Subscription and Billing

SellerOS is currently offered free of charge, with usage limits on AI-powered features. If and when paid plans are introduced, updated terms covering billing, renewal, and cancellation will be presented before any charge is made, and this section will be updated accordingly.

7. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that data retrieved from Amazon's APIs will always be current or accurate — SellerOS depends on third-party systems (Amazon, AI providers) outside our control.
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. "Amazon," "FBA," and related marks belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JRA Edge LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including business losses resulting from AI-generated recommendations, listing content, or data inaccuracies. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose (or, if you're on a free plan, a nominal amount).

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or violate Amazon's API terms in a way that puts our own Amazon developer access at risk.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the "Last updated" date above; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
